How to Join

In order to join Couture Collective you must run a creative, independent business.  The list below gives an idea of the types of business that Couture Collective supports and we welcome all craftspeople:

3. knitwear designer
4. weaver
5. illustrator
6. accessories designer
7. embroiderer
8. costumier


To qualify for a space at Couture Collective you must be at the start of your career and be a craft practitioner who produces work that is bespoke or made in small batches.

You must have a commitment to business growth and creative development and produce work of a high quality.


We also need to see evidence of financial acumen in the form of three months of bank statements.

You do not need to have a lot of money in your bank account but you do need to prove that you are financially astute and always able to pay your rent on time.


We require two months deposit and one month’s rent in advance. Fees are paid monthly by standing order.


A set of keys with an alarm fob is given at the beginning of the tenancy in return for a deposit of £25.00.

This deposit is refunded at the end of the tenancy on return of the keys and alarm fob.

You Must be a Sole Operator

each studio space is for one person only

must be below the VAT threshold
